• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to gather comprehensive data on patients' mental health needs, utilizing a combination of interviews and standardized assessment tools.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific challenges and objectives identified during assessments, ensuring alignment with current therapeutic best practices.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to suit the cultural and situational context of each client.
• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and facility policies, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system for efficiency.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow social workers, to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide psychoeducation and supportive resources to patients and their families, empowering them with knowledge and coping strategies relevant to their mental health journey.

As an LCSW at Insight Therapies & Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse and dynamic patient population, including individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, and relationship issues. Our community health clinic serves clients from various backgrounds, emphasizing the importance of culturally competent care and individualized therapeutic approaches.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LCSW license in New York State.
• In-depth knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills necessary for effective patient interaction and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience working in outpatient mental health settings, particularly with diverse populations.
