The successful candidate will serve as the primary sales specialist for TradeSphere, partnering with account executives and sales teams to identify opportunities, support customer engagements, and accelerate revenue growth. • Carrying and delivering a meaningful direct revenue target while creating broader organizational accountability for growth.
  • Direct ownership of approximately 70% of the revenue target, with the remaining 30% generated through broader sales force adoption, collaboration, and enablement.
  • Supporting Building a repeatable SaaS go-to-market and revenue generation model that can be leveraged across future technology-enabled offerings.
  • Driving market activation, positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
  • Serving as the commercial subject matter expert for customers, sellers, leadership, and Marketing.
  • Supporting Enabling the field organization through training, sales plays, discovery methodologies, value articulation, and deal support.
  • Creating pipeline generation, opportunity management, and forecasting discipline specific to SaaS sales motions.
  • Driving seller adoption and engagement across the broader sales organization rather than relying solely on direct sales efforts.
  • Demonstrating sales execution standards, best practices, and performance expectations for SaaS selling.
  • Identifying, developing, and accelerating strategic opportunities while supporting complex customer engagements.
  • Partnering with Sales Leadership to ensure SaaS opportunities are embedded into territory planning, account planning, and growth strategies.
