This is a full-time, remote position that allows you to engage with clients through virtual platforms. • Conduct thorough assessments and individual therapy sessions with clients, addressing an array of behavioral health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, and executive functioning challenges.
• Stay abreast of the latest best practices and evidence-based therapies in behavioral healthcare to continually enhance client treatment effectiveness.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's specific needs and goals, ensuring their active involvement in the therapeutic process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that may include psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers to deliver well-rounded support to clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, including treatment outcomes, in adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.
• Manage a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs while balancing a challenging caseload effectively.

Your primary patient population will consist of teenagers and young adults facing varied mental health challenges. You will be influential in creating a safe and trusting environment that encourages these individuals to open up about their experiences, facilitating a more effective therapeutic relationship. By leveraging your expertise in adolescent psychology and family dynamics, you will empower clients to achieve personal growth and resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Proven capability to prioritize tasks effectively in a high caseload environment while maintaining service quality.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients, fostering a positive therapeutic alliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate collaboration with a diverse set of professionals and clients.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and familiarity with remote counseling methodologies.
• Experience working specifically with adolescents and young adults in a clinical or community setting.
• Demonstrated ability to employ evidence-based interventions tailored to the unique needs of the client population.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload performance.
