Position Summary
Legacy Protection Group is seeking an experienced, highly connected, and entrepreneurial Family Office Relationship Director to develop and manage strategic relationships with family offices, wealth advisors, private banks, private client attorneys, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs).
This position is responsible for originating and developing opportunities for Legacy Protection Group's premium advisory and protective services, including executive protection, travel risk management, residential security consulting, protective intelligence, investigations, crisis management, transaction security, and concierge security solutions.
This is a commission-based position designed for senior relationship professionals with existing networks and the ability to open doors within the private wealth ecosystem.
Primary Responsibilities Relationship Development
- Establish and maintain relationships with:
- Single Family Offices (SFOs)
- Multi-Family Offices (MFOs)
- Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs)
- Private Banks
- Wealth Management Firms
- Estate Planning Attorneys
- Private Client Attorneys
- Concierge Medical Practices
- Luxury Travel Advisors
- Private Aviation Providers
- Luxury Residential Advisors
- Art, Jewelry, and Asset Managers
Business Development
- Identify opportunities for LPG services within family office and private client environments.
- Introduce LPG's protective and advisory capabilities to prospective clients and referral partners.
- Coordinate meetings, introductions, presentations, and client briefings.
- Develop strategic partnerships that create recurring referral opportunities.
Client Advisory Support
- Assist clients in identifying risk exposures related to:
- Executive travel
- Residential security
- Protective intelligence
- Family protection
- Special events
- International travel
- Reputation management
- Asset protection
- Transaction risk
Market Intelligence
- Monitor emerging risks affecting family office and UHNW communities.
- Provide feedback to LPG leadership regarding new market opportunities and service offerings.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Existing relationships within family office, wealth management, private banking, or UHNW communities.
- Strong network of centers of influence and referral partners.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
- Professional presence and discretion suitable for UHNW clientele.
- Ability to operate independently and manage a sales pipeline.
- Experience within private wealth, financial services, private aviation, luxury services, private security, consulting, or professional services environments preferred.

Compensation Structure
This position is commission-based and designed to reward long-term relationship development and recurring client revenue generation.
Compensation may include:
- New client acquisition commissions
- Revenue sharing on recurring service engagements
- Success fees for strategic introductions and opportunities
- Long-term participation on retained advisory relationships
Specific commission structures will be outlined in the Family Office Relationship Director Agreement.
