The Executive Director oversees and directs the day-to-day functions and efficient operations of the community, in accordance with all federal, state, local and licensing regulations, and all company policies and procedures.  This role also ensures the highest quality of care for residents, while maintaining the community’s financial stability, and creating a harmonious working environment for all associates.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all aspects of the senior living community operations.
  • Ensure exceptional quality of care and service aligned with the needs of seniors and their families.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate a dynamic, caring team to deliver outstanding resident experiences.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to promote a supportive and engaging environment.
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and compliance to meet financial and regulatory goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in senior care services.

Qualifications:

  • Five to eight years of proven leadership experience in senior living or healthcare management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for improving seniors’ lives.
  • Ability to drive results in a collaborative and resident-focused environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in senior living communities.
  • Commitment to building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or human services, or preferred or combination of education and experience supervising others in a senior living, healthcare, or hospitality environment
  • Current state/federal/local required certification or license to manage a community
