Discreet Armed Officer 
We are seeking two experienced, professional security personnel for a discreet, plainclothes assignment:
Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a professional, low-profile security presence
  • Monitor the property and identify potential safety or security concerns
  • Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
  • Provide professional assistance to employees, guests, and clients
  • Complete accurate incident reports and daily activity reports
  • Follow all post orders, company policies, and client procedures
  • Supervisor will provide on-site leadership, communicate with management, and ensure officer compliance
The people selected for this role are evaluated very carefully, held to a high standard, and chosen because they
carry themselves differently.

Requirements:

  • Valid Illinois PERC card
  • Valid FOID card
  • Valid Illinois Firearm Control Card and any other credentials required for armed security employment
  • Previous armed security, law enforcement, military, or executive-protection experience preferred
  • Strong communication, judgment, and de-escalation skills
  • Professional appearance and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  • Must successfully complete all required background and employment screenings
