Job Description

American Security Programs is currently seeking TS/SCI Cleared Protective Service Officers in Frederick, Maryland. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma Must be a United States Citizen Top Secret Clearance (SCI) Must possess one or more of the following qualifications: Three years of security officer experience within the past five years Member of the U. S. Armed Services (Reserved or National Guard) or who possesses an Honorable Discharge from the U. S. Military. Successful completion of a State Certified Law Enforcement Education and Training Course Criminal Justice Degree or Higher. Responsibilities: The Protective Security Officer will assist Federal Protective Service in the protection of Federal facilities, property, employees, and facility guests on behalf of the people of the United States. Responsibility: Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing internal and external customers with timely, quality and courteous stakeholder service. Make sure the sites forms are filled out completely for your particular shift. Understand why adherence to policy is important and can communicate that to others. Able to process American Security Programs documents or complete American Security Programs forms. Patrol to ensure that only authorized personnel enter the facility. Training can be provided by our Training Academy upon approval.
