  • Manage and maintain G-SOC technology platform(s) (CETRUCES) and partner with IT and cybersecurity on integrated threat events
  • Conduct quality assurance auditing of officer activity, post compliance, and patrol completion to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Oversee preparation of incident reports, after-action reports, and operational and intelligence reporting to executive leadership and clients
  • Activate and lead the Emergency Security Operations Center (E-SOC) during natural disasters and large-scale emergencies, including hurricanes, floods, fires, pipeline incidents, public health emergencies, and civil unrest

  • 2+ years of supervisory or management experience leading operational teams
  • Strong working knowledge of security monitoring technology (CCTV, access control, alarm systems, dispatch platforms, mass notification)
  • Demonstrated experience with incident command, crisis communications, and emergency response
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief executives and clients
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
