The Ready Medic is a highly adaptable medical professional responsible for supporting Crisis24's Medical Solutions operations worldwide. This position serves as a deployable operational resource, providing medical coverage for ad hoc events, filling staffing gaps, augmenting existing teams, and responding to short notice assignments as business needs arise.
Ready Medics may support executive protection operations, private communities, corporate campuses, remote worksites, travel teams, special events, and international assignments. This role requires exceptional flexibility, operational readiness, and the ability to seamlessly integrate into diverse client environments and multidisciplinary teams.
The Ready Medic serves as a force multiplier across Crisis24's medical programs, maintaining a constant state of readiness to deploy wherever operational needs exist. This position is not assigned to a permanent client or location and instead serves as a deployable medical resource supporting operational needs across the Medical Solutions portfolio.
What You Will Do
Medical Services
  • Deliver high-quality emergency, urgent, and preventative medical care, including patient assessment, stabilization, treatment, monitoring, and coordination of referrals, telemedicine consultations, medical evacuations, and higher levels of care as needed.
  • Maintain operational readiness by ensuring medical equipment, medications, and clinic resources are fully prepared, while accurately documenting patient care, incidents, and electronic medical records in compliance with established protocols.

Operational Support
  • Deploy domestic and international assignments to support staffing shortages, operational surges, executive protection details, corporate events, private functions, and other special projects, including short notice travel as needed.
  • Conduct site assessments and support operational, medical contingency, and risk planning while coordinating with internal teams, healthcare providers, emergency services, and security personnel to ensure seamless operations and mission readiness.

Travel and Event Support
  • Provide on-site medical support for executive travel, private events, and high-profile engagements by ensuring medical preparedness, assessing local healthcare capabilities, and developing emergency response and evacuation plans for domestic and international assignments.

Program Support
  • Support operational readiness by managing medical inventory, inspecting equipment, maintaining clinic spaces and response assets, and ensuring compliance with clinical protocols, policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through quality initiatives, training exercises, after-action reviews, and by assisting with onboarding, mentorship, and operational training as assigned.

Client Engagement
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, members, guests, and stakeholders by delivering exceptional customer service, compassionate care, and consistently professional experience.
  • Represent the organization with integrity, discretion, and sound judgment, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and operational excellence in all client interactions.

What You Will Bring
  • Current Paramedic certification in good standing
  • Min. of five (5) years of experience in one or more of the following:
    • 911 ALS response
    • Critical Care Transport
    • Tactical, austere, or remote medicine
    • Executive Protection medicine
    • Emergency department or equivalent operational environment
  • Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and PHTLS certifications.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Valid U.S. Passport with the ability to travel internationally.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain state licensure in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Successful completion of background investigation and drug screening.
  • Ability to deploy domestically and internationally on short notice. (Travel)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Critical Care Paramedic (FP-C, CCP-C) certification.
  • Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS, TECC, or TCCC.
  • AMLS, PEPP, EPC, or equivalent advanced certifications.
  • Prior military, law enforcement, executive protection, or special operations experience.
  • Experience interacting with high-net-worth individuals and executive clients.
  • Experience working in remote, austere, or international environments.
  • Incident command, emergency management, or crisis response training.
