The Executive Assistant Sr. is responsible for providing administrative support to our Executive Leaders. To be successful in this role, you'll need to be exceedingly well organized, handle a range of sophisticated assignments requiring the use of experience, innovation and judgment, while working closely with the executive and their sources!

Responsibilities/Expectations:
  • Provides administrative and clerical support for one or more persons, including work of a confidential nature, technical tasks and projects of sophisticated scope and importance
  • Responds to inquiries from our business partners
  • Assists in the technical and functional services of the department by providing support on projects, invoice management, preparing documents for approval, preparing presentations, monitoring data, reporting
  • Assumes significant responsibility for interpretation of business aspects and project success
  • Assists with preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Supervises work of personnel on assigned projects
  • Mentors others
  • Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
  • Required: High school diploma or GED; a minimum eight (8) years' experience supporting executive management
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree
Other Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Needs advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
  • Excellent time management skills, including the coordination of meetings, calendars and travel
  • Demonstrates ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Preferred: Advanced knowledge of SharePoint
