We're looking for an experienced Account Executive who thrives on building relationships, solving complex challenges, and leading teams toward exceptional client experiences.

The Account Executive serves as the strategic leader of an assigned regional account management team and is ultimately responsible for partner and client satisfaction across their portfolio. Acting as the first line of escalation, this role provides leadership and guidance on complex issues, strategic planning, and partner solutions while ensuring seamless team collaboration and delivery of the True Experience.

This position combines relationship management, strategic thinking, and operational oversight to strengthen partnerships, mitigate risk, and support long-term retention and growth.

 Flexible: Work in office (25%); Work from home: (75%)*If the employee is: <75 mi. from the office, they will be in 2 times per week.76-100 mi. from the office, one day per week >100 mi. from the office, fully remote

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the strategic leader and senior point of contact for assigned partners and clients.
  • Guide complex client discussions, issue resolution, and strategic decision-making to drive successful outcomes.
  • Leverage expertise in contracts, program design, guarantees, and financial reconciliation to align client needs with operational execution.
  • Lead and support partner interactions, including escalations, presentations, strategic reviews, and business discussions.
  • Provide oversight and direction to ensure team priorities, tasks, and client commitments are executed effectively.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through performance analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and cross-functional teams to support partner retention, growth, and satisfaction.
  • Lead strategic initiatives and projects that enhance the client experience and strengthen partner relationships.
