Executive Administrative Assistant - Hampden Corporate Office

We are seeking an organized and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative, legal, communications, and project support. The ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and keep projects and schedules on track.

What You'll Do

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, travel, correspondence, and incoming requests.
  • Provide administrative support for legal matters, contract reviews, and confidential documentation.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format reports, presentations, contracts, legal documents, and communications.
  • Track deadlines, follow-up items, contract requests, expenses, invoicing, and timekeeping.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and confidential documentation.
  • Review materials for consistency with company branding standards.
  • Support internal workflows, events, community outreach, sponsorships, and charitable giving.
  • Assist senior leadership with special projects and operational initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in business administration, Office Administration, or a related field required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Administrative, executive support, or office management experience.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or working in a professional services environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, proofreading, and problem-solving skills.
