Responsibilities

Lead our expansion efforts by building and nurturing new client relationships throughout the Bristol area.

Conduct thorough risk assessments to develop customized protection plans for households and small businesses.

Maintain an active presence in the local community to represent our agency values and grow our local network.

Review existing client portfolios to ensure coverage remains appropriate as their personal or professional lives evolve.

Collaborate with our internal underwriting and support staff to ensure smooth processing of new applications.

Participate in local business events and community initiatives to strengthen our brand footprint.


Requirements

Active Connecticut Property and Casualty insurance license.

Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.

Proven track record of managing and growing a localized book of business.

Clear and professional communication skills for in-person client consultations.

Advanced understanding of risk assessment and coverage adequacy.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Bachelors degree in business or a related field is a plus.
