Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to CEO (In-Office)

Location: West Los Angeles, CA

Employment Type: Hourly, Full-Time, in office

Wages: $20/hr, depending on experience

About Us

We are a growing private company headquartered in West LA seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This is not a traditional administrative position. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive professional who enjoys solving problems, managing priorities, and helping an executive stay focused on growing the business.

The ideal candidate is polished, resourceful, discreet, and capable of handling confidential matters with professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and appointments
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and business documents
  • Track projects and follow up with customers, vendors, teammates, etc.
  • Manage office operations and administrative functions
  • Handle customer and vendor relationships
  • Prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  • Perform special projects as assigned by the CEO

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives, business owners
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting an entrepreneur or company owner
  • Small business environment
  • Sales experience in the paper, packaging, or converting industry is a significant plus. Candidates who understand paper grades, packaging products, and sales support will be given strong consideration.

Compensation & Benefits
