Job description

General Statement:

This position manages the Cloud Services Portfolio and end-to-end development of our Photo Operations (Photo

Ops) Reporting Platform. Bridge the gap between our physical hardware in the field and the digital intelligence

required to run a high-scale operation. You will be responsible for ensuring that every device from high-end

cameras and printers to local nodes report real-time health, sales, and location data into a unified ecosystem.

Duties, Responsibilities & Authority:

• Define and execute the vision for all Cloud Services and the "Photo Ops" reporting platform,

prioritizing features that drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.

• Lead the development cycle from discovery and requirement gathering to deployment and post launch optimization.

• Manage the complex data pipeline where hardware systems and software applications feed live

updates into a centralized hub.

• Build robust reporting tools that provide stakeholders with real-time sales data, inventory

metrics, and "health" status (uptime/downtime) of nationwide assets.

• Act as the primary liaison between engineering, field operations, and executive leadership to

ensure all cloud platforms meets diverse business needs.

• Lead field integrations, trials and support for new product rollouts; including on-site participation

when needed.

• Assume project management duties as necessary to maintain project schedules and

communicate schedules to all internal stakeholders.

• Conduct training for marketing, sales, technical support, and all other internal stakeholders.

• Travel as required for tradeshows and customer-facing activities.

• Ensure that DNP remains innovative and customer focused.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years prior Product Management with proven delivery in Cloud Services.

• Strong technical background; must be eager to dig into the details and have a comprehensive

understanding of software and hardware internals

• Effective cross-organizational team player

• Self-directed and motivated

• Ability to manage multiple new projects while managing sustainment issues on existing products

• Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills across functions and groups

• Ability to deal with ambiguity and learn on the fly – a strong “can-do” attitude

• Position is located in Concord, NC / Hybrid Work Schedule

• Periodic Travel

Desired:

• Technical and business education preferred (Bachelors in a technical field plus)

• Experience in Agile software development process

• Experience with digital imaging product technology, photo, print and/or color management a

plus
