Account Executive - Hospice
Hospice Sales & Provider Relations
Are you compassionate, empathetic, and skilled at building trust-based relationships? We're looking for an Account Executive - Hospice who can thoughtfully educate providers and families about hospice care while growing strong referral partnerships within the community.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the sensitivity of end-of-life care and can confidently serve as a knowledgeable, supportive resource to physicians, facilities, and community partners.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, and community organizations
  • Educate providers and care teams on hospice eligibility, benefits, and philosophy of care
  • Increase appropriate hospice referrals through ethical, compliant, and relationship-based outreach
  • Support community education initiatives focused on end-of-life care and advanced care planning
  • Assist in developing and executing annual hospice marketing and growth strategies
  • Maintain accurate referral, provider, and marketing data
  • Coordinate hospice representation within medical networks and professional groups
  • Support patient and family relations by serving as a knowledgeable hospice resource

What We're Looking For
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
  • Ability to build trust and credibility in emotionally sensitive situations
  • Strong understanding of hospice philosophy, eligibility, and compliance preferred
  • Team-focused professional with high integrity and compassion
  • Ability to travel within a 75-mile radius of the home office (occasionally more)
