Company: Marron Foods

Location: In-Person — Harrison, NY 10528

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $43,000 – $55,000 / year + Medical Benefits

About Us

At Marron Foods, we are an industry leader in custom ingredient processing, blending, and agglomeration serving the food, beverage, and nutritional sectors. Operating out of a tight-knit, dynamic office in Harrison, NY, we pride ourselves on a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high energy. We are looking for a vibrant, detail-oriented professional to join our core team and provide high-level support to our owner.

Position Overview

We are seeking a positive, high-energy Personal & Administrative Assistant who loves variety and takes pride in keeping things running seamlessly. In this role, you will act as the right hand to the owner, managing a dynamic mix of personal and business-related tasks, scheduling, and general office duties.

Because we are a close-knit team, everyone here rolls up their sleeves. As you master the core administrative baseline, your role will naturally evolve. You will have the unique opportunity to take on expanding responsibilities in supply chain and sales operations—learning the ins and outs of order processing, invoicing, and supporting our broader business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive & Personal Support: Manage complex scheduling, calendar coordination, and daily operational tasks for the owner (both business and personal).
  • Office Administration: Handling daily correspondence, documentation, and a wide variety of ad-hoc projects (large and small).
  • Expanding Operations (Sales & Supply Chain): As you grow into the role, take on hands-on responsibilities supporting our sales operations, including inputting customer orders, managing invoices, and assisting with supply chain logistics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with team members across the organization to ensure smooth daily workflows.

What We’re Looking For

  • Positive Energy: An upbeat, proactive, and "can-do" attitude is an absolute must.
  • Experience: Previous administrative or executive support experience is preferred.
  • Organization & Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. QuickBooks knowledge is a strong plus.
  • Adaptability: A "roll-up-your-sleeves" team player who thrives in a small, collaborative office and enjoys jumping into a wide variety of projects.
  • Autonomy: The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: $43,000 – $55,000 / year
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical coverage
  • Growth & Development: hands-on exposure and expanding responsibilities within supply chain and sales operations will follow.
