Executive Housekeeper
Searching for a candidate who can motivate and lead a team! Must be positive, organized and be able to multitask. The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring all rooms are rented to the highest quality making room inspections priority.

What You'll Do:
- Assign rooms and staffing based on availability and workload
- Coordinate daily with Front Desk and Maintenance
- Conduct daily hotel walk-throughs (rooms, common areas, parking lot, sidewalks, trash areas)
- Ensure adequate linens and supplies for daily and overnight needs
- Monitor timeclock usage to ensure accurate scheduling
- Inspect all cleaned rooms and update room status in the system
- Ensure all issues are corrected before rooms are released to the Front Desk
- Review room productivity and assist with performance evaluations
- Train new housekeepers through hands-on demonstration and feedback
- Lead by example to promote efficiency, professionalism, and pride in work
- Complete performance reviews and handle corrective action or terminations when necessary
- Manage housekeeping storage areas and inventory (secure, stocked, and organized)
- Ensure carts are clean, stocked, and properly labeled
- Maintain Lost & Found logs and procedures
- Complete all required brand, hotel, bloodborne pathogen, and bed bug training
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and standards
