Job description

Job Overview:

The Executive Assistant to the VP of Supply Chain provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the Vice Presidentย and theirย leadership team. This role is critical in ensuring efficient operations across procurement, planning,ย sourcingย and supplier qualityย functions.ย 

The Executive Assistant will manage complex calendars, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, support executive communications, andย assistย in driving key supply chain priorities. This role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment.ย 

This job is located in Warroad, MN. If you're considering relocating to Warroad, you will be eligible to receive a relocation package. Highlights of your role:
  • Manage theย calendars and travel forย multiple senior leaders,ย schedulingย meetings, and coordinatingย travel arrangements.ย 
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.ย 
  • Track and compile supply chainย metrics andย otherย performance reports.ย 
  • Collects data, prepares and analyzes reportsโ€ฏโ€ฏโ€ฏย 
  • Serve as a primary liaison between the VP, leadership team, internal partners, and external suppliersย 
  • Plan and support supply chain leadership meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-up actionsย 
  • Coordinate preparation for operational reviews, KPI discussions, and strategy sessions. Track action items and ensureย timelyย follow-through on key initiativesย 
  • Assistย in coordinating supply chain initiatives (e.g.,ย category strategyย improvements, vendor management efforts, inventory optimization)ย ย 
  • Support the preparation of any applicableย supplier-facing materials.ย 
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.ย 
  • Provide general office support including ordering supplies, managing mail,ย and other miscellaneous general administrative support responsibilitiesย 
  • Assistsโ€ฏwith project schedules and ensures action items areย followed upย on and completedโ€ฏon time.โ€ฏโ€ฏโ€ฏย 
  • Reviewsย and processes expenses and PTO requests of the leadership team efficiently and effectivelyโ€ฏโ€ฏย 
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
  • High school diplomaย required; Associateโ€™s orย Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.ย 
  • 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably supporting senior leadership in supply chainย orย purchasing.ย 
  • Proficiencyย in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)ย 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.ย 
  • Excellent written andย interpersonalย communication skills.ย 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.ย 
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work independently and collaboratively.ย
