We are passionate about creating simple, accessible technology that helps businesses with a deskless workforce create a world where everyone has a good job.
The Role
We're looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to help drive Opus' next stage of growth. You'll own the full sales cycle, working with multi-unit operators across restaurants, fitness, retail, wellness, pet care, and other deskless workforce industries.
This is a true full-cycle role. You'll manage opportunities from prospecting through close, balancing strong inbound demand with strategic outbound efforts to build pipeline and exceed quota.
This is an inside sales role, with the majority of customer interactions conducted remotely using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You may also have opportunities to represent Opus at industry events and trade shows.
What You'll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close
  • Build pipeline through a combination of inbound leads and outbound account-based selling
  • Manage a territory of mid-market accounts and develop relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Conduct discovery, deliver demos, and position Opus as a solution to operational and business challenges
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline, accurate forecasts, and strong CRM hygiene
  • Manage multiple active opportunities simultaneously while driving deals forward efficiently
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to share customer insights and improve the buyer experience
  • Become an expert in the industries we serve and the value Opus delivers to frontline teams
What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Experience selling to mid-market organizations and managing a book of business
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Experience building pipeline through outbound prospecting and account-based selling
  • Strong discovery, qualification, and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience using modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities

Compensation
  • $140,000-$190,000 OTE (based on experience level)
