Job description

Job Summary (Infrastructure Lifecycle and Asset Management Analyst):
- Support enterprise infrastructure platforms through lifecycle management, asset governance, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Partner with engineering, operations, cybersecurity, architecture, and product teams to develop and implement governance frameworks.
- Improve asset visibility, reduce lifecycle risk, and drive automation to enhance infrastructure management processes.
- Plan and manage hardware/software lifecycle, including refresh strategies, supportability tracking, and risk mitigation.
- Administer asset inventory, maintain CMDB accuracy, ensure data quality, and manage ownership tracking and reconciliation.
- Leverage expertise in enterprise infrastructure (servers, virtualization, networking, Windows Server, Active Directory, storage, backup, endpoint management).
- Develop and maintain reporting, analytics, and dashboards using tools like Power BI; create KPIs, operational reports, and executive scorecards.
- Implement automation and tool integration using PowerShell, Python, SQL, and workflow automation tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop governance frameworks and improve operational processes.
- Utilize preferred tools such as ServiceNow, Power BI, Power Automate, Axonius, SCCM/MECM, Lansweeper, VMware Aria, and SolarWinds.
