Job description

3D Print Shipping & Receiving Associate

Autotiv is on the lookout for a dedicated team player to join our internal production shop. If you're driven by tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want you!

Job Description: Join our on-site team in a comfortable, air-conditioned facility alongside some amazing colleagues. We'll train you to master your responsibilities, which will initially include shipping and receiving and post-processing custom-manufactured parts, followed by learning how to operate and maintain a variety of consumer and industrial 3D printers.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Shipping and receiving parts
  • Learning to operate and maintain a wide variety of 3D printers and processes
  • Utilizing various manual and automated air and hand tools for part preparation
  • Conducting inspection and quality control
  • Ensuring shop cleanliness

We're Looking For Someone With:

  • A task-oriented mindset
  • A proactive and energetic approach to work
  • Computer proficiency (Email, Windows OS, learning Autotiv's custom software)
  • The ability to stand for extended periods
  • The strength to lift 30 lbs regularly and team lift heavier loads occasionally
  • Comfort working in warm conditions (with AC!) with protective gear
  • A knack for working efficiently under pressure

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Compensation Package:

  • Starting at $20/hour with pay increases of up to $0.60/hour each quarter based on performance reviews
  • Optional overtime available at 1.5x pay rate
  • Employee profit-sharing program bonus
