Job description

We’re looking for a driven and resourceful General Manager to lead business operations, optimize team performance, and execute the company vision. If you’re someone who blends big-picture thinking with boots-on-the-ground action, you’ll thrive in this leadership role.

Compensation:

$65,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
  • Build and develop a high-performing team through hiring, training, and ongoing coaching
  • Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction, quality, and service delivery
  • Collaborate with ownership/executive team on strategic planning and reporting
  • Analyze reports, budgets, and KPIs to inform decisions and maximize profitability

Qualifications:
  • Well-versed in using dashboards, KPIs, and workflow systems to manage day-to-day operations
  • Has experience managing teams and overseeing business operations
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles
  • Can juggle multiple priorities without losing focus or momentum
  • Preferred: Holds a degree in Business, Management, or a related field
