Patient Service Coordinator (International & VIP Concierge)

Locations: Los Angeles, CA | Beverly Hills, CA | West Hollywood, CA (Multiple openings across our premier LA locations)

Pay Rate: $27.71 / hour

Position Type: On-Site, Temporary (Contract)

Shift: Full-Time; schedule start times vary between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM

Position Overview

We are expanding our premier international care team and are seeking highly polished, professional, and empathetic Patient Service Coordinators (International Concierge) to fill immediate openings across our Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, and West Hollywood locations.

In this role, you will serve as an essential face of our organization, facilitating the non-medical customer service needs of international patients, VIPs, and their families. Operating in an elegant, fast-paced medical center environment, you will handle complex inquiries, organize local resources, and ensure a seamless, world-class experience that promotes the highest levels of patient satisfaction.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Elite Customer Care: Handle all patient and family interactions with the highest level of hospitality, professionalism, and discretion. Accommodate special requests, resolve complaints efficiently, and administer patient/family surveys.

  • Arrival & Intake Logistics: Meet and greet patients and families upon arrival. Triage incoming inquiries, provide telephone coverage, track daily lounge visitor logs, and manage parking validations.

  • Concierge & Lifestyle Services: Arrange luxury/standard hotel accommodations, coordinate transportation, assist with documentation for VISA extensions, and curate/mail welcome packets (detailing medical center info, local tours, restaurants, grocery stores, and regional attractions).

  • Lounge & Space Management: Maintain a clean, pristine, and organized patient lounge (including coffee service and amenities). Manage collaborative spaces like prayer rooms and conference rooms. Oversee inventory, order supplies, process vendor purchase requisitions, and submit facilities work orders.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to seamlessly coordinate language/interpreter services, specialized dietary/meal needs, and religious accommodations.

  • Compliance & Privacy: Strictly maintain patient confidentiality and privacy in accordance with institutional policy and HIPAA regulations. Securely store and discard sensitive files and reports.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED is strictly required .

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years providing high-level customer service, concierge, or hospitality care, with a proven track record of addressing and resolving complex issues. Experience in a healthcare setting is highly preferred.

  • Executive Presence: Proven experience successfully collaborating and communicating across all levels of an organization, particularly with leadership and C-Level Executives .

  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational ability; capability to remain calm and resourceful under pressure while handling diverse, high-priority requests.

Pay Details: $27.71 per hour
