Laser Operator

Fruitport, MI, 2nd Shift, starting at $21+ per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary
Weโ€™re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Operator to join our team in Fruitport, MI. In this role, youโ€™ll be responsible for operating laser cutting equipment, ensuring precision and quality in all produced parts. This position plays a key role in maintaining production efficiency while upholding safety and quality standards.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing
  • Set up, operate, and monitor laser cutting machines
  • Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Load and unload materials using an overhead crane
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and job specifications
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance on equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
