A leading private investment firm is seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to support a Managing Director and two Vice President’s in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Location: Midtown West, NYC — Fully Onsite (5 days/week)
Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted partner to the MD and VPs, managing priorities in a high-volume, ever-evolving environment
- Own complex calendar management and coordinate intricate domestic and international travel across multiple time zones
- Prepare executives for high-level meetings by managing agendas, materials, logistics, and last-minute changes with precision
- Collaborate closely with a best-in-class team on office operations, team events, conferences, and offsites
- Handle expense reporting and administrative processes with exceptional attention to detail and urgency
- Act as a key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external partners, representing leadership with professionalism and discretion
What They’re Looking For
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience within private equity, investment banking, venture capital, or another fast-paced professional services environment
- A highly organized, resourceful professional who thrives in a demanding, high-expectation setting
- Strong business judgment, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to interact with senior executives and clients
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and execute flawlessly
- A collaborative, team-first attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
