Years of Experience (minimum)
• 3-5 years’ experience as a senior-level administrative or executive assistant in hospital setting
• BA/BS Preferred.
• Strong computer skills are mandatory.
• Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail.
• Working experience supporting an executive (in a healthcare hospital setting).
Position Responsibilities/Expectations
Skills Required
• Maintains the Chief Genomic Officer’s (CGO) calendar, schedules appointments and meetings, and makes travel arrangements.
• Arranges meetings and events, coordinates meeting rooms, contacts attendees, facilitates their attendance, and ensures that required informational materials and equipment are provided.
• Coordinates events and all relevant affairs associated with carrying out the CGO office.
• Performs other related duties as required.

• Experienced in handling multiple tasks with short timelines and must be able to prioritize assignments.
• Computer literate – edit material using Windows.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
