Position Description:

In this role, you'll lead direct sales efforts in your territory, working closely with businesses across different industries. With our advanced training, you'll quickly build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers, driving success in promoting our supplemental insurance products and services. As a sales team leader, you'll guide your team, strengthen client relationships, and ensure your territory achieves its goals.

As a Sales Team Lead, you'll balance closing personal sales while mentoring both new and experienced team members, helping them achieve their goals and set new standards of success.

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs and present tailored supplemental insurance solutions that protect their employees and strengthen their benefits package.

  • Conduct one-on-one consultations with employees to ensure they fully understand their coverage options and feel confident in their choices.

  • Deliver engaging group presentations that clearly communicate the value and impact of our products.

  • Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service, follow-up, and policy reviews.

Qualifications
