Location: Minneapolis, MN

Facility Type: AL/MC

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: 8-13 weeks

Required Qualifications

  • Current Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) credential.
  • Licensed Health Services Executive (HSE) through the BELTSS Board, or eligibility as required.
  • Meets Minnesota requirements for an Assisted Living Director–In-Residence (ALD-IR)
  • Previous leadership or management experience in an assisted living, long-term care, or related healthcare setting.
  • Requirements: State-approved licensure, 6 months of nursing experience, Driver’s license and car preferred

This position oversees all aspects of community operations, including staffing, budgeting, resident satisfaction, occupancy growth, and compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
