  • Develop and maintain project plans, integrated schedules, milestones, dependencies, and action item trackers.
  • Track contract deliverables, review submissions for quality and completeness, and ensure timely customer delivery.
  • Prepare program status reports, dashboards, executive briefings, meeting materials, and performance summaries.
  • Manage risk, issue, and decision logs; support mitigation planning, escalation, and follow-through.
  • Facilitate program meetings, operational reviews, risk reviews, and customer-facing governance discussions.
  • Coordinate across service desk, desktop support, deployment, quality, technical, and administrative teams.
  • Monitor performance against service level agreements, key performance indicators, quality standards, and contract requirements.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, standard operating procedures, process guides, and recurring reports.
  • Support quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts, including process audits, corrective actions, and documentation updates.
  • Lead or coordinate subordinate managers, team leads, project coordinators, or analysts, as assigned.
  • Build strong working relationships with government customers, program leadership, corporate teams, and subcontractors.

  • Strong customer service orientation and experience building effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical teams, executives, and government stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Teams, and ITSM or help desk tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, ACD, or workforce management systems.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or higher and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
