About You:
 
Versana is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our UX team. This role will support the fast-growing product and engineering teams while maintaining the design system library and UX standards. Reporing to our UX Lead, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between design, business, and technology by conducting user interviews and executing on design deliverables. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
       Work closely with the Product team to gather and understand requirements.
       Design wireframes and create interactive prototypes.
       Execute usability tests, analyze the results, and provide actionable insights. 
       Develop user personas based on research data to guide design decisions. 
       Map user journeys and identify pain points or opportunities for improvement.
       Communicate research findings and design solutions to stakeholders.
       Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the design vision is implemented.
       Additional duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably assigned from time to time as operational needs evolve. 
       Periodically work outside standard business hours, such as during infrastructure upgrades and/or releases.
 
 
Must Haves:
 
       BS or BA in human-computer interaction/user experience. 
       3+ years of UX design experience. 
       Ability to navigate between multiple products and stakeholders.
       Ability to find a balance between creativity and upholding UX standards.
       Strong UX research skills. 
       Knowledge of WCAG guidelines.
       Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to partner with various internal teams.
 
 
Nice to Haves:
 
      Design, build and maintain reusable and consistent components in Figma.
       Light front-end skills.
