Expert in their discipline (HR orcommensurateexperience inclusive of operations experience) Accountable for leading and implementing the human capital strategy in our business units. Responsible for leading and coaching manager and above teammates up to executive's leaders within the company.Responsible for providing strategic HR support and guidance to our organization. You willworkclosely with department leaders(manager+) andteammates toensure effective HR solutions and initiatives that align with businessobjectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellentcommunication, operational experienceand interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build strong relationships.A proventrack recordof success of coaching manager and above teammates up to the executives within the company

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor/coach to leaders, providing guidance on HR initiatives and partnering with them to develop and implement HR strategies that support businessobjectives.

  • Collaborate with operational leaders toidentifyand address employee development needs, including training, coaching, and performance management.

  • Collaborates with leaders toidentifycritical roles and develops succession plans for key positions

  • Identifyhigh potential employees and create development plans to prepare them forthe futureleadership roles.

  • Monitor and tracks progress of key talent actions within the business

Strategic Thinking

  • Conduct regular HR data analysis toidentifytrends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, and developappropriate actionplans.

  • Stayup-to-datewith HR trends and best practices, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance HR processes and practices.

  • Translates broader goals andobjectivesinto measurable deliverable and achieving results

  • Maintains a broad, strategic perspective whileidentifyingand focusing on crucial details

We are looking for a candidate that hasdemonstratedsuccess in the following areas:

  • Previousexperience leadingmulti siteHuman Capital Strategy

  • Experience coaching leaders(managerand above)

  • Experienceidentifyingand committed to driving Key Performance Indicators

  • Bachelor's degreerequired,MBA preferred

  • Available for moderate travel (25%, occasional overnight)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
(Education, licenses, certifications, and experiencerequiredto fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills asrequired):

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Human Resources certification (PHR or SPHR) preferred

  • Current driver's license in state of residence and insurable driving recordrequired

  • Minimum of 5 years' hands-on human resources experience asa human resource business partner

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as human resources manager strongly preferred; experience in large (1000+) company preferred.

  • ProficientinMS Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Teams andOutlook required

The Salary Range for the role is $104,000.00-$150,000.00 per year.If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.Washington Exempt: $80,168.40/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour, Burien: $21.71/hour, Everette: $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour, Renton: $21.57/hour, Seattle: $21.30/hour, Tukwila: $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hour
