  • Demonstrated ability to transform complex, underlying theoretical constructs into scalable and measurable product metrics

  • Exceptional proficiency in quantitative methods and psychometrics, including the ability to validate and track standardized metrics like SUS and UMUX over time. Deep expertise in statistical analysis, weighting benchmarks, and determining appropriate sample sizes for experimental designs

  • Advanced skills in data architecture and spreadsheet management, including use of complex formulas and automation to build the underlying systems that drive research scorecards and dashboards

  • High degree of analytics literacy, with the capability to integrate product telemetry and behavioral data with evaluative research to provide a holistic view of customer experience
