What You Will Do

- Generate new residential fiber sales within assigned apartment communities, condominiums, townhomes, and other non-bulk MDU properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, managers, leasing teams, and HOA representatives to support subscriber growth.
- Execute community outreach initiatives, resident events, move-in programs, and targeted marketing campaigns to increase awareness and sales opportunities.
- Prospect, qualify, and convert new customers using consultative selling techniques while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial engagement through installation scheduling, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, forecasts, and market intelligence using approved CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and property performance to identify new growth opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support to ensure successful sales execution and customer satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently while managing an assigned territory.
We will give special consideration to candidates who have:
- Fiber broadband or telecommunications sales experience.
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Experience working with apartment ownership groups, property management companies, or homeowners' associations.
- Knowledge of MDU sales strategies and resident acquisition programs.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience with community events, field marketing, or direct sales.
