Housekeeper

Duties/Responsibilities:

Dust, sweeps, mops, scrubs, vacuums and clean assigned areas

Empties wastebaskets and ashtrays

Stocks and maintains housekeeping store rooms

Transports trash and dirty linens to designated areas

Takes care of company laundry and distribution

Sweeps pathways, parking lots and other areas as requested

Restocks paper supplies, chemical supplies in bottles, and maintains washroom supplies

Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and draperies as needed

Assists in minor maintenance in public areas and reports problems requiring further attention to supervisors

Routinely inspects work areas, identifying potential problems or repairs

Assure exceptional customer service to all patrons by communicating in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner at all times
