Job description

A lovely, mature couple in the Clearwater area of Tampa, FL are seeking a full-time executive housekeeper. The current residence is approximately 4,000 square feet. In the summer of 2027, the couple plans to relocate to a significantly larger home (approximately 12,000–14,000 square feet). At that time, the housekeeper will not be solely responsible for full deep cleaning, as additional support will be in place. This is a live-out position, and candidates must already be local to the Tampa area.

Schedule: 

Monday - Friday, 10am-6pm

Occasional weekend and evening support 


Responsibilities include the daily maintenance and deep cleaning of a 4,000 square-foot home, as well as:

  • Laundry and ironing
  • Daily and deep cleaning of the home
  • Occasional errands (grocery shopping, post office/FedEx, Target, )
  • Dropping off documents and picking up mail from the principal’s office or rental property
  • Light food preparation and cooking (washing, cutting, and preparing fruits, vegetables, and meats)
  • As needed, cooking simple dinners for the principals and the associated cleanup
  • Organizing cabinets, closets, and storage areas as needed
  • Maintaining inventory of household supplies
  • Packing and unpacking for trips
  • Taking out trash and recycling as needed
  • Loading/unloading and running the dishwasher as needed
  • Event support (occasional and with advance notice), including assisting with dinner parties, décor, preparation,cleanup, and coordinating catering or additional event staff

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

  • $40–$55+/hour, depending on experience($83,200-$114,400+)
