Join a Growing Commercial Sign & Branding Company

Hayes Design Co. is looking for a driven, high-performance Senior Sales Executive to help grow our commercial sign and branding business.

We are seeking someone who thrives in a true outside sales environment — someone who knows how to build relationships, create opportunities, and manage custom projects from start to finish.

This is not a transactional sales role. Every project is different, requiring customer consultation, site visits, coordination, follow-through, and strong communication.

Position Overview

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, and driving installed revenue growth.

This role works directly with ownership and operations to manage projects from initial customer contact through installation and completion.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new commercial sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline
  • Conduct customer meetings and site visits
  • Develop relationships with business owners, contractors, and decision-makers
  • Prepare proposals and follow up on opportunities
  • Coordinate projects through installation and completion
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM updates in HubSpot
  • Work closely with production and operations teams

Preferred Experience

We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in:

  • Commercial sign sales
    OR
  • A highly custom project-based sales environment where every job is different
