Job description

Overview
This role serves as the onsite Executive Support Lead based in Plano, acting as both the face of IT for the Plano HQ location and the voice of the customer within IT. It requires a strong blend of technical and business expertise, along with an executive-level customer service skill set. The individual must be able to effectively balance business requirements with IT standards while acting with urgency to support C-suite executives. Success in this role depends on the ability to navigate PepsiCo's business and technology processes efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Primary support responsibilities for the top 15 PepsiCo Plano Based leaders and their executive administrators.
  • Primary responsibilities for all IT related projects where executive support is needed.
  • Primary responsibilities for support of large executive meetings.
  • Ensure proactive IT assistance for the c suite executives within PepsiCo.
  • Execute testing and implementation of all new technology utilized by Executives and their Admins
  • Serve as customer advocate and engage other IT teams managing and/or escalating issues through resolution.
  • Establish trust with customer base and maintain confidentiality.
  • Executive Support technician responsible for ensuring pretesting and meeting support of all web conferencing software used by Executives.
  • Guide users through IT processes, applications, and end-user tools.
  • 15% travel for meeting services support offsite supporting executive user base and meeting services with IT support.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 7+ years IT support experience at a company of similar size and complexity as PepsiCo.
  • Minimum 3+ years supporting C Suite executives.

Mandatory Technical Skills:
  • Highly proficient with complete Microsoft tools suite.
  • Deep knowledge of configuring and supporting iOS mobile devices.
  • Strong IT troubleshooting skills and advanced understanding of laptop/desktop hardware support.
  • Solid technical skills with an overall understanding of networks and end user productivity tools to effectively understanding of network infrastructure to proficiently assist with troubleshooting.
  • College Degree or Technical certifications preferred.

Mandatory Non-Technical Skills:
  • Highly motivated individual who is organizationally savvy and possesses a strong executive presence.
  • Ability to coordinate and direct activities across multiple teams.
  • Strong team/project management abilities.
  • A strong leader with experience bringing others along.
  • Provide leadership presence among all levels within the organization.
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal including technical writing experience.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, effectively multitask, and make quick & confident decisions.
  • Be empowered to make quick decisions.
  • Effectively work directly with all levels of associates handling all IT Operational requirements.
  • Must be Org Savvy and possess executive presence.
  • Be empowered to make quick and confident decisions.
  • Lead and influence both business and IT teams with no reporting lines.
