Your Opportunity

BDO Canada's Google Cloud Advisory Practice is seeking a Senior Manager, Google Cloud Advisory to help build and lead our Google Cloud service offerings with a focus on Firebase, modern application development, cloud-native architecture, AI-enabled solutions, and digital transformation.

As a trusted advisor to clients, you will work with executive stakeholders, product leaders, and technology teams to define cloud strategies, architect solutions, lead complex implementations, and grow client relationships. You will play a key role in expanding our Google Cloud practice through business development, thought leadership, and mentoring high-performing consulting teams.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Solution Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on Google Cloud adoption, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Lead executive workshops, strategy sessions, cloud assessments, and technology roadmap engagements.

  • Translate business objectives into scalable Google Cloud and Firebase solutions.

  • Provide architectural oversight for cloud-native, mobile, web, and AI-powered applications.

Google Cloud & Firebase Expertise

  • Design and oversee implementation of solutions leveraging:

    • Firebase

Delivery Leadership

  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Google Cloud solutions.

  • Deep expertise with Firebase application architecture and services.

  • Experience leading cloud modernization and application transformation initiatives.

  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven business development and proposal management experience.

  • Experience mentoring and managing technical consulting teams.

Preferred:

  • Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect Certification.

  • Google Cloud Professional Cloud Developer Certification.

  • Firebase implementation experience in enterprise environments.

  • Experience with AI-driven applications utilizing Gemini and Vertex AI.
