We're partnering confidentially with a high-performing executive seeking an exceptional Personal Health Manager to serve as a trusted partner in navigating complex healthcare, executive functioning, and personal organization.
This is a unique opportunity for a compassionate, highly organized professional who is passionate about improving quality of life through thoughtful care coordination, proactive planning, and exceptional attention to detail.
This is not a clinical therapy role.
Instead, you'll become a trusted extension of the CEO-reducing the administrative and cognitive burden of managing healthcare while creating systems that promote health, productivity, and long-term well-being.
The ideal candidate combines clinical knowledge with warmth, emotional intelligence, and outstanding organizational skills. You'll work closely with physicians, specialists, and healthcare providers while helping translate complex medical information into clear, actionable plans.
The Role
As Personal Health Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day coordination of healthcare, executive functioning, and personal health logistics for the CEO.
You'll serve as the central point of coordination between medical providers, appointments, treatments, and daily implementation-allowing the executive to remain focused on both professional and personal priorities.
Success in this role requires exceptional discretion, sound judgment, empathy, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
What You'll Do
Provide high-touch healthcare coordination while creating systems that simplify complex medical care.
  • Coordinate appointments with physicians, specialists, and healthcare providers
  • Attend medical appointments, document recommendations, and help track follow-up actions
  • Organize medical records, laboratory results, treatment plans, and healthcare documentation
  • Manage medications, supplements, refills, and ongoing care schedules
  • Communicate with healthcare providers on behalf of the CEO, when authorized
  • Manage healthcare calendars and scheduling across multiple providers
  • Help prioritize recommendations from different medical specialists
  • Build systems that support executive functioning, planning, and organization
  • Research treatment options, specialists, and healthcare resources
  • Maintain confidential health records with exceptional discretion
  • Provide accountability and day-to-day support in achieving health goals
  • Coordinate healthcare logistics during domestic and international travel

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or higher preferred
  • Background or professional experience in Developmental Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Executive Function Coaching, Social Work, Healthcare, Patient Advocacy, Care Coordination, Case Management, or a related field
  • Experience supporting neurodivergent adults or individuals with complex healthcare needs is highly preferred
  • Experience supporting high-performing executives or professionals is a strong plus
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong judgment, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential medical information
  • Proficiency with digital calendars, spreadsheets, and electronic record systems
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work primarily onsite in Los Angeles and accompany the CEO to appointments as needed
  • Ability to travel for extended periods when required
Who You Are
  • Compassionate, patient, and service-oriented
  • Calm under pressure and highly adaptable
  • Naturally proactive and solutions-focused
  • Exceptionally organized with meticulous attention to detail
  • Passionate about helping others thrive through thoughtful support
  • Comfortable balancing structure with flexibility
  • Interested in building a long-term, trusted partnership

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive base salary of **$100,000-$120,000**, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Opportunity to build a meaningful long-term partnership with a high-performing executive
  • Work that has a direct and lasting impact on someone's health, well-being, and quality of life

Location: Los Angeles, California
Primarily onsite with regular attendance at medical appointments and meetings.
If you're someone who combines compassion with exceptional organization and enjoys creating clarity in complex situations, we'd love to hear from you.
