As we continue to grow throughout Indiana, we are seeking an Executive Director & Integrator to help lead our organization through its next phase of growth.

Position Summary

The Executive Director & Integrator serves as the operational leader of the organization and the primary partner to the President.
This role is responsible for transforming vision into execution, ensuring organizational accountability, driving operational excellence, and leading the day-to-day management of Firefly's businesses.
The Executive Director & Integrator oversees the systems, people, and processes necessary to achieve company goals while ensuring exceptional client care, employee engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across all Firefly companies and service lines.
• Partner with the President to execute company vision.
• Facilitate EOS meetings, scorecards, Rocks, and accountability processes.
• Oversee client service operations, staffing, scheduling, care coordination, and administrative functions.
• Recruit, coach, and develop leaders and team members.
• Monitor key financial and operational metrics.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and licensing requirements.
• Support growth initiatives, expansion projects, and new service development.
• Build systems and processes that support scalable growth.

Qualifications

Required:
• 5+ years of operational leadership experience.
• Proven success leading teams and managers.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to drive accountability and results.
Preferred:
• Healthcare, home care, home health, or senior services experience.
• EOS experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, management, or related field.
• Experience scaling a growing organization.
