We serve a highly selective client base of ultra-affluent individuals—executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals—seeking sophisticated, high-touch financial strategies. Our brand is defined by trust, discretion, and an unparalleled client experience.

About the Role
We are seeking two dynamic Investor Relations Professionals to join our elite business development team. This is not a traditional financial services role—it’s a front-line, relationship-driven position designed for confident, polished professionals who thrive in high-end social and professional settings.

As Investor Relations, you will serve as a first point of contact for prospective clients, introducing them to our firm’s value proposition and nurturing those relationships through high-touch outreach, events, and one-on-one interactions. You’ll work closely with senior wealth advisors to ensure an exceptional first impression and smooth onboarding process for new high-net-worth clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a trusted, professional ambassador of the Neil Jesani brand

  • Initiate contact with qualified prospects via strategic outreach and referrals

  • Host and attend networking events, client dinners, and professional mixers in the Miami area

  • Coordinate meetings and follow-ups between prospects and advisory teams

  • Assist in developing marketing touchpoints and client communications

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and support client pipeline movement

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in financial services, luxury real estate, hospitality, or concierge-style business development

  • Impeccable communication and presentation skills

  • Poised, polished, and socially fluent in high-end professional environments

  • Comfortable engaging with high-net-worth individuals and C-suite professionals

  • Based in the Miami/Sunrise area and open to a hybrid in-office/client-facing schedule

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Required Application Materials
To reflect the client-facing nature of this role, a LinkedIn profile and public Instagram handle must be included in your application. A current, professional headshot is strongly preferred.

Join Us
This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, exclusive wealth advisory firm making waves in the financial space. If you bring presence, polish, and performance, we’ll give you a platform for real growth.
