WEALTH MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE SEARCH

Financial Advisor

OVERVIEW

This firm is a well-established, rapidly growing independent wealth management firm with a strong presence across the United States. With a team-based advisory model and a comprehensive, planning-first approach to client service, the firm is known for its commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience. The firm is seeking a Financial Advisor to join its South Florida office. This individual will work collaboratively within an experienced advisory team to help clients achieve their financial goals, drive business development, and uphold the firm's high standard of service quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage client relationships and assist senior advisors with complex clients to the firm's planning-based standard.
  • Facilitate the financial planning process by discovering client values, goals, and objectives.
  • Understand each client's current financial situation and engage them meaningfully in the planning process.
  • Prepare and conduct comprehensive annual reviews covering both planning and investment topics.

Business Development

  • Proactively follow up with clients who have not yet implemented their financial plan.
  • Close leads provided through various internal firm channels.
  • Create new business opportunities within your personal and professional network.
  • Drive referrals from existing satisfied clients.

Client Servicing

  • Assist the lead Financial Advisor during client meetings and with all necessary follow-up.
  • Take detailed meeting notes and enter them promptly into the CRM system.
  • Present financial advice and plans to clients in collaboration with the lead advisor.
  • Gather additional planning information from clients and confirm details as needed.
  • Analyze clients' current investment portfolios and insurance policies.
  • Execute trades and manage account administration.

Professional Development & Compliance

  • Participate actively in firm trainings, educational events, and coaching programs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree required; business, finance, or economics preferred.
  • Advanced designation required: CFP, CPA, MBA, or equivalent.
  • Series 65 license (RIA) and insurance licenses required.
  • 4+ years of experience within the wealth management industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to source prospects and convert them to clients while delivering high-level, planning-oriented service

COMPENSATION

This position offers a competitive base salary commensurate with experience, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. The role is also eligible for variable compensation and participation in an equity program. Please provide compensation expectations when submitting your candidacy.
