We’re looking for a Supply Chain Consultant who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and hands-on implementation. In this role, you’ll embed directly with client leadership teams to diagnose operational inefficiencies, design optimized networks, and deliver measurable improvements in cost, service, and scalability.

What you’ll do

Drive end-to-end supply chain transformation

Conduct comprehensive assessments of supply chain networks, warehouse operations, transportation flows, and inventory strategies.

Design future-state operating models that improve cost efficiency, service levels, and scalability.

Optimize facility footprints, inventory positioning, and distribution strategies to unlock working capital and reduce logistics spend.

Turn data into decisions

Build operational KPIs, dashboards, and executive scorecards that drive accountability and performance.

Perform statistical, trend, and root-cause analysis to uncover hidden inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

Develop financial models that quantify ROI and support business cases for change.

Maximize technology and systems

Assess ERP, WMS, TMS, and planning systems for utilization, data quality, and process alignment.

Partner with client stakeholders to define technology requirements and support ERP optimization or implementation initiatives.

Improve business processes through better system configuration and master data governance.

Lead implementation and continuous improvement

Facilitate workshops to validate findings, prioritize initiatives, and co-create implementation plans with client teams.

Develop roadmaps, SOPs, and performance frameworks that embed new ways of working.

Coach client stakeholders through execution, monitoring performance, and identifying next-wave opportunities.

Deliver with executive impact

Present analytical findings and recommendations to C-suite and senior leadership.

Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across client engagements with urgency and precision.

Build trusted, credibility-based relationships that position you as a go-to advisor.

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, Analytics, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).

5–10 years of experience in management consulting, supply chain strategy, operations improvement, or related roles.

Proven track record in supply chain analytics, network optimization, warehouse operations, inventory management, or ERP assessments.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools; experience with SQL, Tableau, Python, or Alteryx is a plus.

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Exceptional communication and presentation abilities—comfortable influencing executive audiences.

APICS/ASCM (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD) and/or Lean Six Sigma certifications are highly valued.

Experience supporting private equity portfolio companies or working in manufacturing, consumer products, life sciences, healthcare, or industrial operations is a strong plus.
