Job Descriptions: Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive s behalf Maintaining comprehensive and accurate production schedule Performing minor accounting duties Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department Managing the executive s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters Answer phones and greet visitors Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical Manage accounts and perform bookkeepingRequirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with Quickbook Expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to interface effectively with all levels of staff within the company Demonstrated ability to take initiative Great Personality
