Job Description
Provides safe, reliable, and professional transportation for executives while ensuring confidentiality, discretion, and exceptional service. Supports light administrative functions including travel coordination and appointment scheduling.
Job Responsibility
1.Provide safe and discreet transport for executives to meetings and other destinations.
2.Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and avoid delays; adjust timing or routes based on schedule changes.
3.Maintain awareness of traffic patterns, weather conditions, and alternative routes and adjust routes accordingly.
4.Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled at all times.
4.Work with security teams when needed to support safe travel.
5.Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, drafting documents and memos and expense and inventory tracking, as needed, during downtime from driving responsibilities.
6.Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Duties not mentioned here, but considered related are not essential functions.
Job Qualification
1.Proven experience as an executive driver or similar role.
2.Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
3.Defensive driving training preferred.
