Description:Class A CDL Team Truck Driver (FedEx Ground) - Hutchins, TX

We are currently hiring full-time Class A CDL Drivers for Team Runs in Hutchins, TX. If you are a dedicated and professional driver looking for a stable opportunity with competitive pay and benefits, we want to hear from you.

As a FedEx Ground Team Truck Driver, you will safely and efficiently handle Over-the-Road (OTR) runs operating out of the Hutchins, TX area.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a tractor-trailer combination, including doubles (and triples, where applicable)
  • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections on equipment
  • Handle Drop Hook Only freight – No-touch freight
  • Verify and complete all required documentation and reports
  • Maintain accurate daily logs
  • Follow dispatch instructions and communicate updates regarding delays, arrivals, or equipment issues
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • 1 year of verifiable Tractor Trailer experience within the last 3 years
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) – No accidents or tickets in the past 3 years
  • Ability to pass:
    • Background Check
    • MVR Screening
    • Clearinghouse Login Verification
    • Drug Test
  • Ability to attain doubles/triples trailer endorsement
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete required training
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission with no restrictions (Preferred)

Pay Benefits

  • $0.80 per mile for the first 5,000 miles each week
  • $0.90 per mile for all miles driven after 5,000 miles in the same week

  • Must have or be ready to attain a doubles/triples endorsement
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete required training
  • Complete Background Check, MVR Screening, Clearinghouse login, and Drug Test
  • Prefer candidates who can drive a manual transmission and have no driving restrictions
