Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead transformation initiatives focused on Blue Yonder Discrete solutions within a large-scale logistics and supply chain environment. In this role, you will oversee project coordination, stakeholder alignment, planning, and execution governance for cross-functional teams implementing and optimizing Blue Yonder capabilities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for Blue Yonder Discrete initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and project reporting.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and status updates.
  • Ensure alignment between operational needs and technical delivery.
  • Track deliverables, milestones, and project KPIs.
  • Support change management and user adoption activities.
  • Escalate blockers and drive proactive issue resolution.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management within supply chain, logistics, or enterprise IT environments.
  • Experience working on Blue Yonder projects (Discrete, Supply Chain Planning, WMS, or related modules).
  • Strong understanding of logistics and operational workflows.
  • Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or warehousing environments.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with ERP, WMS, and TMS integrations.
  • Exposure to Blue Yonder Discrete or supply chain planning implementations in complex operational environments.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
