Job description

The National Business Development Manager for LEMOINE Disaster Response is responsible for developing new and strengthening current B2B relationships that support LEMOINE's nationwide emergency response, mitigation, and restoration services. This role is focused on strategic client engagement, national account development, and long-term partnership creation with organizations that value preparedness, reliability, and disciplined execution before, during, and after disaster events.Responsibilities Strategic Business DevelopmentIdentify, pursue, and secure national and regional B2B clients requiring disaster response, restoration, and reconstruction servicesProvide input and work with leadership to execute industry specific business development strategies aligned with LEMOINE Disaster Response growth objectivesEstablish national account relationships that result in Master Service Agreements (MSAs), preferred vendor status, and long-term partnershipsLead RFP/RFQ responses and contract negotiations in coordination with executive leadershipClient Relationship ManagementBuild trusted, long-term relationships with executives, facilities leaders, risk managers, and operations teamsServe as a strategic advisor to clients on disaster preparedness, emergency response planning, and continuity strategiesMaintain consistent engagement with active clients to ensure alignment, performance satisfaction, and repeat opportunitiesCatastrophe & Large-Loss SupportEngage with operations leadership before and during CAT events to support national client response expectationsParticipate in pre-event planning meetings to ensure readiness and response alignmentTravel to support major client initiatives and disaster response efforts, Collaboration & Market IntelligenceWork closely with LEMOINE Disaster Response operations, estimating, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution from pursuit to response.Stay informed on industry trends, client profiles, and market opportunitiesRepresent LEMOINE Disaster Response at industry functions, trade shows, and client eventsPerformance Metrics National account growth and new client acquisitionRevenue and margin contributionPipeline development, close rates, and CRM accuracyClient retention and expansionStrategic account engagement activityQualifications Required5–10+ years of B2B business development or sales experienceDemonstrated success selling services to complex, multi-location organizationsStrong understanding of disaster response, restoration, construction, or emergency services environmentsProven ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teamsWillingness to travel nationally, including on short notice during catastrophic eventsPreferredExperience in disaster restoration, mitigation, reconstruction, or large-loss responseEstablished relationships with national or regional decision-makersExperience with MSAs, enterprise contracts, and RFP processesCRM proficiency Core CompetenciesProfessional, client-first mindset aligned with LEMOINE's valuesSelf-motivated, disciplined, and accountableStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAdaptability in high-pressure, time-sensitive environmentsCommitment to safety, integrity, and operational excellenceBenefits: 401(K) and matching, Dental, Visual, and Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and more!Equal Opportunity EmployerThe Lemoine Company, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant based on their race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.
