SR. DIRECTOR, PERIOPERATIVE SERVICES

Location: Worcester, MA

Job Descriptionย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย 

ย Provides strategic leadership and oversight to the continuum of Perioperative services, Anesthesia Tech Services, Endoscopy Services, and Sterile Processing Services to accomplish sustained profitable growth in all areas of responsibility. Develops and implements initiatives to expand and maximize the effectiveness of the Services, including targeted performance improvement initiatives for all areas. Promotes the development and implementation of best practices and the cultivation of a highly efficient patient flow process.ย 

SR. DIRECTOR, PERIOPERATIVE SERVICES

Job Requirements

  • Masterโ€™s degree in clinical field or MBA.ย  Able to read, write and speak English.
  • Current RN license
  • CNOR certification preferred
  • Minimum of 7 yearsโ€™ experience managing a perioperative service area.ย  ย Previous leadership in a broad perioperative service line with complex matrix reporting relationships preferred
